9 months ago, I decided I wanted to explore more plant-based recipes. There’s a misconception (mine anyway) that plant-based recipes are bland and lack flavour…so wrong! Lentil shepherds pie, lentil spaghetti sauce, soups etc…its been so much fun discovering the many ways to cook these grains. Check out the recipe section for more ideas.
