Mushroom Lentil Shepherd’s Pie

I have made every recipe on this blog. If a recipe is here, it’s because I’ve made it and it’s great! This Mushroom Lentil Shepherd’s Pie by The First Mess is no exception. The lentils and kale potatoes are prepped first then added to a rich, savoury mushroom base. Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy…perfect for a cosy weekend meal. Serves 4 hungry people :))
